2. Legal Basis and Purposes of Processing
The processing of data will be carried out to allow the performance of activities related to the establishment and management of the service requested by the controller. 5. Place of Storage and Transfer of Data
The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers located within the European Union of the Data Controller and/or of third-party companies duly appointed as Data Processors. 6. Data Subject Rights
The user, as a data subject, has the rights referred to in article 15 of the Regulation, namely:
1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her are being processed, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
2. The data subject has the right to obtain indication:
a) of the origin of personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of processing;
c) of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) of the identifying details of the controller, processors, and representative;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as designated representative in the territory of the State, processors or persons in charge.
3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification, or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
Also pursuant to articles 15 and following of the GDPR, the user has the right to request access to his/her personal data at any time, their rectification or deletion, limitation of processing in cases provided for by article 18 of the GDPR, to obtain in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format the data concerning him/her, in cases provided for by article 20 of the GDPR. At any time, the user can revoke, pursuant to article 7 of the GDPR, the consent given; lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority pursuant to article 77 of the GDPR if he/she believes that the processing of his/her data is contrary to the legislation in force.
The user may submit a request for opposition to the processing of his/her personal data pursuant to article 21 of the GDPR in which he/she provides evidence of the reasons justifying the opposition: the Data Controller reserves the right to evaluate the request, which would not be accepted in case of compelling legitimate reasons for processing that prevail over the interests, rights, and freedoms of the user.
